Dr. Darius Coulibaly founded Leadership Teaching Clarity, LLC on a simple but powerful belief: student success begins with the growth of the adults who serve them. 

After almost two decades of serving in education, Dr. Coulibaly firmly believes that the greatest driver of student success and school improvement is investing in and building the capacity of teachers and school leaders. He also believes that no educator should have to navigate the challenges of teaching and leadership alone. 

At Leadership Teaching Clarity, we partner with teachers, assistant principals, principals, and aspiring leaders to develop the leadership and instructional practices that drive meaningful results. When educators grow, students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, and entire school communities are transformed. Yet far too many educators carry the weight of teaching and leadership alone, navigating complex challenges without the support, clarity, or coaching they need to thrive.
